Amla (Indian Gooseberry) Paste: Amla is rich in vitamin C, which helps strengthen hair follicles and prevent hair fall. Grind a few pieces of amla into a fine paste and apply it to your scalp. Leave it on for about 30 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Repeat this 2-3 times a week.


Coconut Milk: Coconut milk is rich in nutrients that nourish the hair and promote hair growth. Extract fresh coconut milk and apply it to your scalp and hair. Leave it on for about 30 minutes and then wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Repeat this once or twice a week.


Green Tea Rinse: Green tea is known for its antioxidants that promote hair growth and reduce hair fall. Brew two green tea bags in a cup of hot water and let it cool. After shampooing your hair, rinse it with the green tea infusion. Leave it on for a few minutes and then rinse it off with water.


Hibiscus Flower and Leaf Mask: Hibiscus flowers and leaves are rich in vitamins and amino acids that help prevent hair fall and promote healthy hair growth.
